Participants are invited to submit original short films that reflect:

What is this contest about?
This is a director-discovery contest to identify filmmakers who can eventually direct a full-length feature film.

What do I need to submit initially?
One original short film with a maximum duration of 10 minutes. This is only for initial selection.

Can the film be in any language or genre?
Yes. Any language. Any genre. Strong storytelling and direction matter most.

How and where do I send my film?
You can submit in either of the following ways:
• WeTransfer link, or
• Google Drive link (download enabled).

What happens if I get shortlisted?
Shortlisted participants enter a weekly challenge format. Every week, you’ll receive a creative task with a deadline. Eliminations happen after each round.

What does the winner get?
The final winner gets the opportunity to direct a feature film with a budget of up to ₹10 Crores, produced by AVAA Entertainment.

Do I need to sign anything now?
No.
Initial submission is only for selection. Detailed agreements are shared only after shortlisting
